1. What this website is
PhonePro is an information service. We publish specifications, indicative prices, pictures and owner reviews of mobile phones and tablets with the sole intention of helping buyers research, compare and make better-informed decisions.
We do not sell any products. We do not take orders, bookings, deposits or payments, we are not a party to any purchase you make, and we do not provide warranties, repairs or after-sales service. Any purchase is between you and the seller you choose. We will never ask you for card or bank details; if someone does so in our name, please do not respond and let us know.
2. Prices
Prices shown are indicative market prices in the local currency, gathered from publicly available sources at the time of publishing. They are not an offer to sell and are not binding on us or on any seller. Prices may change at any time without notification, and may differ between sellers, cities, storage options and official or unofficial stock, and may or may not include taxes and duties. Please confirm the current price and availability with your local dealer or an authorised retailer before you buy.
3. Specifications
Specifications are based on information published by manufacturers and other sources. The same model can differ depending on its country of origin and the market it was made for — for example processor, network bands, storage options, charger in the box, warranty and software. Manufacturers may also change specifications without notice. While we work to keep the information accurate and up to date, it may contain errors or omissions. Please check the details that matter to you with the manufacturer or seller before buying. If you spot a mistake, please tell us.
4. Pictures
Product pictures are for illustration and demonstration only. The actual product, including its colour, finish, size, design and accessories, may vary slightly from the picture.
5. Brands and trademarks
Phone names, brand names, logos and product images belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the products described. Unless we say so, we are not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by any manufacturer, network operator or seller mentioned on the site.
6. Your account
You can browse without an account. To write owner reviews you sign in with your Google account, and you must be old enough to hold one. You are responsible for activity under your account and should keep your Google account secure. We may suspend or remove an account that breaks these terms. You may delete your account and your data at any time in My reviews.
7. Owner reviews and content you send
When you write a review or send us a message, you confirm that:
- the review is based on your own genuine experience of the phone, and you have no undisclosed connection with its maker or a seller;
- it is honest, and does not contain anything unlawful, defamatory, abusive, hateful, obscene, misleading or that infringes someone else’s rights;
- it contains no advertising, spam, links to other sites, or personal information about other people (including phone numbers and addresses).
Reviews are the opinions of their authors, not ours. We may check, approve, decline, edit for length or formatting, or remove any review or comment at our discretion. You keep ownership of what you write, but you give us a free, non-exclusive, worldwide licence to display, reproduce and adapt it on this website and its promotion (for example, in average ratings) for as long as it remains published. If you delete a review or your account, we stop showing it.
8. Acceptable use
Please use the site lawfully and do not:
- copy, scrape or harvest content or data in bulk, or use robots or automated tools to do so, without our written permission;
- try to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers or accounts, test its security, or bypass reCAPTCHA or other protections;
- overload or disrupt the site, or upload viruses or harmful code;
- post fake reviews, manipulate ratings, impersonate others, or send spam through the contact form;
- use the site in any way that breaks the law or harms other users.
We may block access or remove content to protect the site and its users.
9. Links to other websites and advertising
The site links to other websites — including manufacturers’ websites in the “Web link” specification — and shows advertisements, including ads served by Google. We do not control and are not responsible for those websites, their content, products, prices or privacy practices, and a link or an ad is not an endorsement. Dealings with advertisers are solely between you and the advertiser.
10. Our content
The site’s design, text we write, comparison tools, layout and compilation of information are owned by us or our licensors. You may view and share pages for your own personal, non-commercial use, and link to them. Please do not republish substantial parts of the site without our permission.
11. No warranty
The site and all information on it are provided “as is” and “as available”, for general guidance only. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no promises or warranties — express or implied — that the information is complete, accurate, current or suitable for your purpose, or that the site will always be available, uninterrupted or free of errors or viruses. Information on the site is not professional, financial or technical advice.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage — direct, indirect or consequential — arising from your use of, or reliance on, the site or its information, including decisions to buy or not to buy a product, differences in price, specifications or appearance, or your dealings with any seller, manufacturer, advertiser or linked website. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
You agree to be responsible for, and to compensate us for, losses caused by your breach of these terms or by content you submit.
13. Changes to the site and these terms
We may change, suspend or stop any part of the site at any time. We may also update these terms; the “Last updated” date shows when they last changed. By continuing to use the site after a change, you accept the updated terms.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Islamabad, Pakistan have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them, without affecting any mandatory rights you have under the law of the country where you live. If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
